The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Our (Apostles') property should not be inherited, and whatever we leave, is to be spent in charity
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبَانَ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" لاَ نُورَثُ مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ ".
