I applied the best perfume, which I could get, to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) before entering upon the state of Ihram (and after this) he put on the Ihram.
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُرْوَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، - رضى الله
عنها - قَالَتْ كُنْتُ أُطَيِّبُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِأَطْيَبِ مَا أَقْدِرُ عَلَيْهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُحْرِمَ ثُمَّ يُحْرِمُ .
