حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ بِهَذَا الْمَعْنَى قَالَ وَأَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ فِي الْخَامِسَةِ ‏
"‏ إِنْ شَرِبَهَا فَاقْتُلُوهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَكَذَا فِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي غُطَيْفٍ فِي الْخَامِسَةِ ‏.‏
