It was narrated from Al-Harith bin Bilal that his father said
"I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, is this annulment of Hajj just for us or is it for all the people?' He said: 'No, it is just for us." (Daif)
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، - وَهُوَ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ - عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ بِلاَلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَفَسْخُ الْحَجِّ لَنَا خَاصَّةً أَمْ لِلنَّاسِ عَامَّةً قَالَ ‏
"‏ بَلْ لَنَا خَاصَّةً ‏"‏ ‏.‏
