Sunan an-Nasa'i · كتاب 31 · كتاب الهبات
"Ask the Prophet to bear witness to what you have given to my son." So he came to the Prophet and told him about that, and the Prophet did not want to bear witness to it
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، نَحَلَهُ نُحْلاً فَقَالَتْ لَهُ أُمُّهُ أَشْهِدِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى مَا نَحَلْتَ ابْنِي . فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَكَرِهَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يَشْهَدَ لَهُ .
