Sunan an-Nasa'i · كتاب 45 · كتاب الأيمان والقصاص والدية
Ya'la said, concerning the one who bit (another), and his front tooth fell out, that the Prophet said: "There is no Diyah for you." (Sahih)
أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ يَعْلَى، قَالَ فِي الَّذِي عَضَّ فَنَدَرَتْ ثَنِيَّتُهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" لاَ دِيَةَ لَكَ " .
