It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah Said
“The land around a date-palm tree, as far as its branches reach, belongs to the owner of the tree.”
حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ أَبِي الصُّغْدِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ صُقَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏
"‏ حَرِيمُ النَّخْلَةِ مَدُّ جَرِيدِهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏
