Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « On peut monter l'animal mis en gage en échange de ce qu'on dépense pour lui, et on peut boire le lait d'un animal laitière tant qu'il est mis en gage. »
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّاءُ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ
" الرَّهْنُ يُرْكَبُ بِنَفَقَتِهِ، وَيُشْرَبُ لَبَنُ الدَّرِّ إِذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا ".
