Chaque fois qu’un homme apportait son aumône au Prophète, le Prophète (ﷺ) disait : « Ô Allah ! Accorde Tes bénédictions à la famille d’untel. » Quand mon père est venu à lui (avec son aumône), il a dit : « Ô Allah ! Accorde Tes bénédictions à la famille d’Abi 'Aufa. »
حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى ـ رضى الله عنهما كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ بِصَدَقَةٍ قَالَ
" اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى آلِ فُلاَنٍ ". فَأَتَاهُ أَبِي فَقَالَ " اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى آلِ أَبِي أَوْفَى ".
