Le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Aucun de vous ne doit dire : “Ô Allah, pardonne-moi si Tu le veux ; Ô Allah, fais-moi miséricorde si Tu le veux.” Il doit plutôt demander à Allah avec détermination, car personne ne peut obliger Allah à faire quelque chose contre Sa volonté. »
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" لاَ يَقُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمُ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي، اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْنِي، إِنْ شِئْتَ. لِيَعْزِمِ الْمَسْأَلَةَ، فَإِنَّهُ لاَ مُكْرِهَ لَهُ ".
