Le Prophète (ﷺ) a fouetté une personne ivre avec des tiges de feuilles de dattiers et des chaussures. Et Abou Bakr a donné quarante coups de fouet à un homme ivre.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ جَلَدَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الْخَمْرِ بِالْجَرِيدِ وَالنِّعَالِ، وَجَلَدَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَرْبَعِينَ.
