Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « L’enfant appartient au propriétaire du lit et la lapidation est pour celui qui commet un rapport sexuel interdit. »
حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ، وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ ".
