Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Le Seigneur Grand et Glorieux a dit (aux anges) : Chaque fois que Mon serviteur a l’intention de commettre un mal, ne l’écrivez pas contre lui. Mais s’il le fait, inscrivez-le comme une seule mauvaise action. Et s’il a l’intention de faire un bien mais ne le fait pas, inscrivez-le comme une bonne action. S’il le fait, inscrivez-lui dix bonnes actions. »
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لأَبِي بَكْرٍ قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، وَقَالَ الآخَرَانِ، حَدَّثَنَا - ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِذَا هَمَّ عَبْدِي بِسَيِّئَةٍ فَلاَ تَكْتُبُوهَا عَلَيْهِ فَإِنْ عَمِلَهَا فَاكْتُبُوهَا سَيِّئَةً وَإِذَا هَمَّ بِحَسَنَةٍ فَلَمْ يَعْمَلْهَا فَاكْتُبُوهَا حَسَنَةً فَإِنْ عَمِلَهَا فَاكْتُبُوهَا عَشْرًا " .
