(Le narrateur Isma'il a dit : Je pense que ash-Sha'bi a attribué ce récit au Prophète) Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Qu’Allah maudisse celui qui épouse une femme divorcée dans le but de la rendre licite pour son premier mari, ainsi que celui pour qui elle est rendue licite. »
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رضى الله عنه - قَالَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ وَأُرَاهُ قَدْ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم - أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْمُحَلِّلَ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ " .
