Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Le prix du sang pour un homicide involontaire doit être vingt chamelles ayant commencé leur quatrième année, vingt ayant commencé leur cinquième année, vingt ayant commencé leur deuxième année, vingt ayant commencé leur troisième année, et vingt mâles ayant commencé leur deuxième année. » Cela ne va pas au-delà d’Ibn Mas’ud.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ خِشْفِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الطَّائِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" فِي دِيَةِ الْخَطَإِ عِشْرُونَ حِقَّةً وَعِشْرُونَ جَذَعَةً وَعِشْرُونَ بِنْتَ مَخَاضٍ وَعِشْرُونَ بِنْتَ لَبُونٍ وَعِشْرُونَ بَنِي مَخَاضٍ ذُكُرٌ " . وَهُوَ قَوْلُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ .
