Sunan an-Nasa'i · كتاب 37 · كتاب القتال [تحريم سفك الدماء]
Le Messager d'Allah [SAW] a dit : "Si un musulman pointe une arme sur un autre musulman, ils sont tous deux au bord de l'Enfer, et s'il le tue, ils y tomberont tous les deux."
أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْصُورٌ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رِبْعِيًّا، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" إِذَا أَشَارَ الْمُسْلِمُ عَلَى أَخِيهِ الْمُسْلِمِ بِالسِّلاَحِ فَهُمَا عَلَى جُرُفِ جَهَنَّمَ فَإِذَا قَتَلَهُ خَرَّا جَمِيعًا فِيهَا " .
