Quand le khamr a été interdit, leur boisson était faite de dattes fraîches et de dattes sèches.
أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ حُرِّمَتِ الْخَمْرُ حِينَ حُرِّمَتْ وَإِنَّهُ لَشَرَابُهُمُ الْبُسْرُ وَالتَّمْرُ.
